How can I find the Dashboard?

If you cannot find the dashboard, it's likely that your account owner has not enabled it.

1 - Update Account Permissions

Make sure your account owner opens up the User Menu and selects "Settings". Next, in the left side menu, the account owner can access "User Administration" where they can navigate to "Permissions" and enable the Dashboard.
